Spotted: Blair Waldorf (nee Leighton Meester of Gossip Girl) getting her fashion "on" at the opening night gala of the New York City Ballet. The deep brown-toned frock accentuated B's curves, and her cascading tendrils and bejeweled clutch were surefire stunners. A single color scheme from top to bottom though?
