Bangs are here to stay, according to Dusty, celebrity hair designer and winner of the Master Stylist of 2007 honor at this past North American Hairstyling Awards.

"If you don't have them already [or are too scared to cut your mane], just push your hair forward so that it frames your face in a dramatic fashion," he says.
