Hop Around the Clock

Stand on your right foot with your knee slightly bent, and imagine you're standing in the middle of a giant clock face. Hop to the 12 (directly in front of you), then back to the center. Then hop to the 3 (to your right) and back to the center. Continue this pattern for the 6 (behind you) and the 9 (to your left). Repeat, circling clockwise, then switch to your left foot. Alternate sides until your time runs out.
