Jump Around the Clock

Stand with your feet and knees together, and imagine you're standing in the middle of a giant clock face. Jump with both feet to the 12 (directly in front of you), then back to the center. Then jump to the 3 (to your right) and back to the center. Continue this pattern for the 6 (behind you) and the 9 (to your left). Repeat, alternating clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
