While ogling the eye candy on-screen, it's natural to scoop up something sweet from the concession. But consuming full boxes of movie-size candy spells diet disaster. For around 200 calories—a sensible snack portion, Fernstrom says—you can enjoy half a box of Raisinets, Junior Mints or Sno-Caps. "An easy rule of thumb is to go 'halfsies' with a friend for all the boxed candies," she says. "If you remember, bring two small plastic bags, and divide up the box of candy ahead of time."
