Burn Fat and Gain Strength

Women are sometimes hesitant about weight-lifting because they think they'll bulk up. This is not possible because women don't have enough testosterone. Not only will you sculpt gorgeous arms with these exercises, but you'll burn fat and build functional strength so everyday tasks like carrying laundry or groceries will become easier. Beginners should start with one set of 10-12 reps. The intermediate level is two sets of 10-12 reps. The advanced level is three sets of 10-12 reps. Make sure to keep your shoulders back and chest up and avoid arching your back. Now let's get pumping some iron!
