Splitting from Ryan Phillippe is obviously agreeing with last year's Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon. After revealing a stunningly svelte new look at the Golden Globes and at the SAG awards, Reese looked even more gorgeous in her floor-length gown here. Ryan, who also took home an award last year for Crash, was nowhere in sight. Hmm, looks like Reese is coming out on top on this one.
