Viva Las Vegas! A change in venue and a performance by Britney Spears spiced up the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, which took place at the Palms Hotel & Casino on September 9. Besides Brit, the biggest acts in the music biz took a gamble and attended the big event -- from Beyonce and Rihanna to Justin Timberlake and Kanye West. Of course there was drama -- Tommy Lee and Kid Rock got physical, Angelina Jolie's look-alike made the scene, one recently splitsville couple reunited and...
