It's... twins! A boy and a girl! Both kiddies were a healthy size, as Brangie's baby boy, Knox Leon, weighed in at 5.03 lbs, and their princess, Vivienne Marcheline (for Angie's mom), tipped the scales at 5 lbs. The babies were born by Cesarean section.
And babies make... eight! Brad and Angelina have three adopted children—Maddox, Pax and Zahara—and, three birth children—Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox.
Pregnancy diary: Angelina's doctor, Dr. Michael Sussman, told People: "The babies are doing well. The operation went perfectly. Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well." The doc added, "The mother and father are very, very happy." (July 13)... Angelina's costar, Jack Black let it slip that Angie was having twins during an interview on Today (May 14)... Angelina's pregnancy was confirmed by a source close to the Jolie-Pitts, who told People.com that the couple is "thrilled to be adding to their brood." The announcement came after Angelina showed up to the Independent Spirit Awards wearing a form-fitted black dress, revealing her protruding belly (February 25).
