After 19 years of marriage, actor/comedian
Robin Williams' wife, producer
Marsha Garces Williams, has filed for divorce, citing—what else?—irreconcilable differences. The papers were filed on March 21, and the couple has vowed to keep the divorce proceedings "honest, cooperative and respectful." Both parties literally signed an agreement stating these goals, and said they would keep their two children's needs their priority. The agreement says, "We will strive to be honest, cooperative and respectful as we work in this process to achieve the future well-being of our families... We commit ourselves to the collaborative law process and agree to seek a positive way to resolve our differences justly and equitably."
