In December 2006, Nicole got stopped by cops after driving the wrong way down the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The starlet admitted to cops that she had smoked pot and taken Vicodin before getting behind the wheel, and later served 82 minutes in jail for the DUI arrest. We're thinking Joel Madden should probably be the one to teach Harlow how to drive.
