Jeremy was Carrie's high school boyfriend, and though they didn't go all the way back then, she remedies that in a season six episode. Unfortunately, though Jeremy's only gotten better looking with age, he's also picked up a lot more baggage. So much, in fact, that he breaks the news to Carrie that he's headed to a mental facility for some intense in-patient therapy. They break-up, but Carrie does note that it's one of the more sane relationship endings she's ever experienced.
