Summary: Heroic policemen in chaotic post-Katrina New Orleans struggle to rebuild their beloved city, two years after the disaster.
Why It'll Flop: We know the name is supposed to stand for Katrina, as in the devastating hurricane, but all we think of when we hear it is K-Fed, as in the wannabe rapper/Britney's ex Kevin Federline, and that can't be a good sign. Although we applaud the storyline, we're not sure there's enough of a unique angle for yet another cop drama.
