"I got involved with the Multiple Sclerosis bike tour because the cause hit close to home. My mother's been diagnosed with MS for the last decade. This is a woman that—for me and so many people—was superwoman. She really thought she could save the world, took care of so many people and inspired so many people. Now she's found her kryptonite, so to speak; MS has taken its toll on her."
"Riding a bike, which was a hobby, is now a way of giving back. That's the easiest thing in the world for me to do. So I wear the padded shorts, I sit on the bike, I get to the finish line and everybody wins. It's pretty cool."
