It started as a routine traffic stop in New Jersey for fashion diva Kimora Lee Simmons and ended with her in handcuffs. In July 2004, Simmons was charged with possession of marijuana, eluding police (because she reportedly ignored police requests to pull over), careless driving, tailgating and driving with a broken brake light. Of course, there had to be something fabulous about her arrest: she was nabbed in a Mercedes that probably costs more than your house.
