It's hard to resist having fruit at every meal when the season peaks: Peaches are so juicy they drip all over your chin, and cherries are so sweet they double as candy with pits. The supermarket is bursting with mountains of fruit, and many towns have farmers' markets where you can get locally grown fruit to ensure perfect seasonality and freshness. Here are a few recipes you'll love to make — they're simple and refreshing, and the Fresh Cherry Pavlova (see slide 5) is a real showstopper.
