Hosting an organic Thanksgiving doesn't have to mean serving brown rice and tofu. In fact, it's easy to turn your traditional meal into an organic one; just buy organic ingredients, many of which are sold in your local supermarket.
Labels and definitions vary, but essentially, the term "organic" means that foods are produced without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
We've provided a delicious Thanksgiving menu, along with suggestions on how to make it organic and where to find key ingredients. Now you can feel a little less guilty about indulging—by eating organic, you're doing something good for your body, your family and the environment.
