Picnics are perfect for sandwiches. No forks or knives, no clean up required, the plate is the bread, it doesn't get much easier. In the summertime picnics extend way into the evening hours with live concerts, ball games, classic movies in the park, so here are some "grown-up" picnic sandwiches that work well with sparkling water as well as sparkling champagne!
