This jack's innards can be gruesomely offered up hot, warm or cold. Serve with dark tortilla chips (blue corn or black bean) to create a Halloween color scheme, and hollow out half a small pumpkin to serve as a gory holding vessel. For an even grislier effect, you can mash the pumpkin by hand and stir in the remaining ingredients instead of using a food processor — resulting in a chunkier dip.
