"I think it's a combination of [Mississippi's] traditional southern foods... and the poverty in the state. Poor people tend to buy foods that are cheaper, but fattening. Our governor has a ‘Let's Go Walking, Mississippi’ program, so, hopefully by next year we won't be at the top of this list."
