Grabbing fast food while you’re on the run may seem easier than finding time to cook a meal or select healthy prepared foods, but your body needs a consistently well-balanced diet to produce the energy you need to get through the day.

When you’re short on time, make simple meals, like sandwiches or salads, and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Every few days try preparing a several days’ worth of healthy meals that you can heat up when you are too tired or too short on time to cook.
