Physical activity can help you boost your energy level, reduce stress and help you get a better night’s sleep. Walking is great exercise and can be done just about anywhere. When planning your weekly activities, add a 20-minute walk into your schedule at least three times a week.
If you have trouble finding the time to exercise every day, try to fit activities in whenever you can, on as many days as you can. Even gardening or doing chores around the house can help you stay fit—every little bit of exercise helps.
