Health Is Wealth: Can You Afford Good Health?
A Prescription for Saving
A Prescription for Saving
I've decided to take a prescribed medication every other day instead of daily (Nexium). Even with a copay, I have to fork over $1.25 per pill and it's just too much now. I also asked one of my doctors to give me prescriptions for more than the dose I take; for example, if she prescribes three pills per day and I only take one, I save money. Anyone else doing this? My husband is splitting one of his medications also. —mighty_minnie
