"I am a new hire [at my job] ... I [think] I'm being bullied, and the only thing I've done to deal with it is to pretend I don't notice ... I don't think confronting her and asking if there is something I did would help. Her behavior is beyond any explanation in terms of maturity and professionalism; I don't want to set myself up like that. Not with a bully—and that's what she is. I guess what I am asking is if it's ever OK to let a coworker ‘have it‘ in situations like this when/if she starts a scene?" —paradigmshifter
