"Our school district does not have them. I really don't care either way. I spent 4 years in a maroon and gold plaid skirt. It was amazing what kind of fashion atrocities teenagers can commit even in uniform. I particularly liked to pair my skirt with a button down collar shirt, gold hoop earrings, gold belt and gold capizio shoes. CLASSY. And oh so Catholic."
