"Okay, I am in the minority. I probably would let my child be on it after doing a lot of research. I think it would be a unique learning experience. We probably would have been at the auditions had I known about them. My older son really wanted to be on, even filled out the application, but we had no camcorder to film the 3-minute spot they wanted. Of course... I would have taken lots of questions with me. Obviously, I wouldn't want my child held back in school because he missed too much."
