Parents -- hold on to your hats! It's time for that whirlwind vacation with the kids. Remember when a vacation meant lying on a pristine beach, reading a book and sipping a drink out of a coconut? Well, as we've all learned since the arrival of our first baby, vacations are now a bit more challenging. My friends and I all joke that a vacation with kids isn't a vacation -- it's just a change of location! While on vacation, we continue to face the same challenges we have at home, including figuring out the best ways to keep our kids happy and busy.
