Kids Make Their Own Decisions


"Drugs are such a touchy thing for parents. We can love our kids up a storm and teach them right from wrong, but in the end they will make their own decisions about this stuff. Drug and alcohol use is so glamorized in the media that children can't help but get mixed messages. And the kids who avoid the media influence might not be able to avoid peer pressure or their own curiosity. I think our own experiences with drug use are a very small part of their decisions to use or not use."
